Tara's mission is to empower change in the world by helping motherhood regain its rightful leadership role in society as conscious creators for their life, their family and their community.

A Yoga Teacher  and Yoga Therapy Specialist with a Science degree majoring in Chemistry and BioChemistry, Kylie's passion is where ancients wisdoms meet modern western science.  

She combines yoga teaching with her interest in anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese OkiDo Yoga & Shiatsu Massage  and Intuitive healing to bring insight to everyday life, especially women's health and wellbeing.

Kylie has run a successful yoga and natural therapies studio for over 15 years while bringing up her 3 children who all spent a lot of time on the hip and on the boob while she built her business.

She is a Doula, and Birth Educator and has supported many women through pregnancy, birth and their health journey.

Angela Zhu

Angela Tian Zhu is practicing Acupuncture, teaching Medical Qi Gong and Tai Chi and giving workshops, especially for Mental Health, and brings a wealth of knowledge for women's health and self care.

. Angela was born in Beijing and followed in the footsteps of her grandfather, father and mother to become a third generation Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner. For more than 35 years she has practised in China, Bosnia, Croatia, Sweden and has been in practice and teaching in Australia since 1992.   Angela has taught at Sydney TCM College, University of NSW, NIDA and Confucius College.   

Lydia Shelly

As a Lawyer, Principal of Shelly Legal & Community Advocate,  Lydia regularly provides commentary to the media both within Australia and internationally on Australian law and practice.  She is a lawyer and student in terrorism and security studies and is passionate about inter-sectional feminism, family law and supporting women in a caring and empowering way.

Lydia's service to her clients  is described  as "compassionate, efficient and seamless." 

As an advocate she has recently supported issues such as Legal Aid  Funding and Nauru 19 and is ever present in helping women's voices being heard.
